RETURNS POLICY
|
Goods Not Required
- We will credit in full goods returned not required notified to us within 30 days of receipt. All products will be inspected on return and we reserve the right to return to you any item not considered to be in re-saleable condition
- Return of goods after 30 days is at the Branch Manager’s discretion and would be subject to a restocking charge
- Items ordered in specially will only be accepted for return if the manufacturer will also accept return. Any restocking charge imposed on us by the manufacturer will be passed on to the customer
- Any product returned which has been opened will not be considered to be in re-saleable condition and we reserve the right to return to you
Faulty Goods
- We will provide a credit or full refund for goods returned which are faulty and where a dispute arises this may be subject to manufacturer's inspection and authorisation. Please contact your local branch for assistance with full details of the fault. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged Goods
- Goods received damaged in transit should be notified within three working days of receipt
Parts Missing
- In the event of parts found to be missing from any product please contact your local branch for assistance
